Function

Used for the static or dynamic gap measuring on the turbine or hydraulic turbine.

Description

Changing battery : open the cover and change the battery, close the cover and the battery will be locked.

Press buttons:

ZERO, reading set 0, in any position users can set as 0.

ON/OFF: power on / off

Before usage, loose the screw, move the scale and use clean rag to clean the scale sides. Move the reader head to the right end, makes the auxiliary scale combining with the wedge, set the reading 0.

Users are able to select the model based on requirements.

Measuring: during the measuring process, the users need to insert the Wedge Feeler into the wedge groove, the bottom side of the auxiliary scale should be full contact to the measuring surface,and vertical to the bottom.

Direct measuring: model 1 wedge feeler (0-10mm) is able to achieve direct measuring, the LCD will display the measuring data from the wedge groove.

Adding measuring: model 2, model 3, model 4, model 5, users should align the auxiliary scale with the wedge block end side and set the position 0, than do the measuring.

The display value from the LCD + the reading value from the wedge (model 2 + 5mm, model 3 + 10mm, model 4 + 20mm, model 5 + 30mm) = the real measuring value

For example: the display value is 7.5mm, the wedge is marking +5mm (model 2), the real measuring value = 7.5 + 5 = 12.5mm

Notice

1. Do not expose the products in the dusty or wet environment, the humidity should be lower than 80%, prevent the UV or high temperature radiation.

2. The moving scale block should be balance, prevent dropping or crashing.

3. Do not close to object with magnetic.

4. Use the gasoline to clear the dirt, use the clock lubricant for the sliding surface and the wedge, do not use alcohol or acetone. The electronics and the scale body prevent any liquid.
